| ARBITRATION: Fall 2000 We were fortunate to attend the town meeting on arbitration at the Embassy Suites Hotel here in Montgomery, Alabama. I have a video tape and audio of the event and copies are available if you need one. You can hear well known Politicians and other leaders speak out on this important issue. The main focus was the idea of trial by jury. This reporter spoke with some of the attendees on the issue of judicial reform, and the fact that you would not need arbitration. Arbitration is the one thing that stands in the way of financial ruin if you are called into any court house for a civil trial in Alabama. I have been there and took this opportunity to pass out my complaint on Judge Randall Thomas to the Alabama, Judicial Inquiry Commission to panel members and Attorney Jere Beasley. I spoke to Dr. Rick McBride about the state of Nobility that the Judges and Politicians have here in Alabama. This came to light recently when Rep. John Hilliard was quoted in the Montgomery Advertiser in an article concerning the Montgomery Police stopping him (If I am treated this way, how are ordinary people treated?). This also reminds me of the forgery of a liquor bill that almost got by in the last session. If the lawyers around the state had as much energy to fight corruption in State Government as I saw that night, Alabama would be a lot better place for all. This is that Nobility I am speaking of. Judges have what amounts to Open End. I can Shit on you or anybody I want to, and there's nothing you can do about it in Alabama. I asked Rep. Bill Fuller if I could sit in on some of the Judicial Matters coming through the House this next session.
